Am Law 200 platform with sophisticated regional, national and global clients Highly regarded litigation practice with recognized trial capabilities Hybrid work environment Meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure Strong mentorship and professional development Formal lateral integration program designed to help attorneys successfully transition and grow Collaborative culture with long-term advancement opportunities Job Details What You’ll Do: Handle complex commercial and business litigation in state and federal courts Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and other substantive filings Manage written discovery, document production and e-discovery Take and defend depositions and work with expert witnesses Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trial preparation Work directly with clients on case strategy, risk and resolution Collaborate with experienced litigators on sophisticated, high-value disputes What We’re Looking For: Approximately 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience Illinois Bar admission Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills Experience managing discovery and substantive motion practice Deposition experience strongly preferred Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced practice Interested?
