Key Responsibilities Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach. Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, consistently exceeding client expectations. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication. Capture customers' information using multiple means, utilizing phone and written follow‑up contact. Manage client books, including follow‑up with clients regarding their shopping experience and inquiries such as product care instructions. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with the Store Manager. Demonstrate full knowledge of the product to maximize sales opportunities. Utilize fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team‑focused environment. Support managers in maximizing efficiency in executing standard in‑store operations, such as daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns. Partner with the Manager to leverage internal systems, conduct business analyses, and track store and individual KPIs. Maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store. Operate the POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures. Maintain store cleanliness: dust and clean shelves, furniture, fixtures, decor, doors, windows, mirrors, sweep and mop hard floors, wipe and sanitize sinks, countertops, common areas and equipment. Team Dynamics Report directly to the Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high‑quality customer service and achieve commercial goals. Provide training to new teammates, including cross‑department functions. Based on experience and performance, may support new store openings across the US. Qualifications Eligibility to work in the US for any employer. High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred. People‑oriented, enjoys teamwork, and builds connections with guests. Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and perform repetitive motions, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, and carrying items.
