Communications Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting one of the nation's largest federal healthcare modernization initiatives, the full-time remote Communications Specialist will develop strategic communications to inform government stakeholders, healthcare organizations, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute communication strategies for enterprise healthcare modernization initiatives Create various communication materials, including executive briefings, newsletters, and implementation updates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and support stakeholder engagement activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field Three years of experience in communications supporting enterprise technology, healthcare, or government programs Experience creating executive presentations and stakeholder engagement materials Familiarity with Organizational Change Management and technology adoption initiatives Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance
