About the Role:
This is not your typical Development Officer position. Instead, you’ll be:
* Applying your business and leadership expertise in a transformational space.
* Working independently while learning and implementing strategic marketing and sales processes using a proven, automated system.
* Mentoring and guiding professionals seeking personal and business growth through our onboarding pathway.
* Engaging with warm, pre-qualified leads and guiding them through a simple interview process.
* Attending weekly online global training sessions to stay aligned with best practices and community momentum.
* Supporting and developing your own clients and team with structured ongoing training and leadership.

About You:
You’re someone who:
* Has experience in business leadership, consulting, sales and/or strategic marketing.
* Is self-driven and looking to pivot into something more meaningful, flexible, and aligned with your values.
* Values growth, purpose, and leading with authenticity.
* Communicates with confidence, both one-on-one and in group settings.
