Job Specification

Provide triage, stabilization, and emergency interventions for patients of all ages presenting with urgent and life-threatening conditions Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and clinical protocols Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond quickly to emergent needs Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Participate in rapid response and code blue events Support the orientation and training of new staff and nursing students when applicable

Candidate Requirements

Current Washington RN License Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum 12 years of recent ED or critical care experience in a hospital setting BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compassion
