Role Description The Pharmacy Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK, overseeing daily operations of the pharmacy within a HAC, Inc. grocery location. This role includes managing pharmacy staff, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing of prescriptions, supervising immunization services, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations. The Pharmacy Manager will develop schedules, train and mentor pharmacy technicians, monitor inventory and ordering, and implement quality assurance practices. The position also involves building strong relationships with patients and providers, optimizing workflow, and supporting company initiatives to deliver high-quality, accessible pharmacy services to the community. Qualifications Strong background in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice, with in-depth knowledge of clinical and retail workflows. Experience overseeing Pharmacy Technicians, including supervision, training, and performance management. Demonstrated expertise in Prescription processing, verification, and counseling to ensure safety and accuracy. Competence in Immunization services, including vaccine administration and related documentation. Active Pharmacist license in the state of Oklahoma and eligibility to provide immunizations as required by state regulations. Experience in a retail or grocery pharmacy setting, with familiarity in inventory management and regulatory compliance. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and basic office software; attention to detail and sound clinical judgment. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
