ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Insurance has always been a part of my life—my father was a State Farm agent, and before opening my own agency, I worked as a team member myself. Those experiences helped shape my passion for serving customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

My wife and I both attended Auburn University, and we stay busy with our children and two dogs. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, spending time at the lake, and making memories with family and friends. Community involvement is important to me, and while we're already active locally, we have plans to expand our participation in community events and outreach efforts in the years ahead.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Logan Steers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
