Physical Therapist Outpatient $25,000 Bonus

Job Overview Position: Physical Therapist Location: Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana Schedule: Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN (as needed). On‑site only, no remote or hybrid. Responsibilities Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard PT practices. Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers. Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions. Develop treatment plans describing strategies, purposes, and anticipated outcomes; include exercise regimens to be performed at the clinic and at home. Use modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Determine patients’ ability to be independent and reintegrate into the workplace or community after injury or illness. Maintain regular attendance on site during scheduled business hours or shifts. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Highly organized, analytical, strong work ethic, and professionalism. Team player capable of handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Physical capabilities: carrying, climbing, crawling, hearing/listening, lifting, manual dexterity, pulling/pushing, seeing, speaking, squatting/kneeling, standing, walking. Schedule & Compensation Weekly Hours: 40 hours (flexible shifts available for PRN). Hourly Rate: $42.66 – $65.82 (actual rate depends on experience).
