Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, dashboards, and metrics tracking.
• Understanding of DevOps fundamentals, quality practices, and Definition of Done.
• Ability to leverage flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput, predictability) to drive improvements.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
• Strong influencing skills without formal authority; ability to build partnerships across teams.
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services) and within compliance frameworks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (Key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Facilitate daily team alignment through stand-ups, ensuring progress, risks, and blockers are clearly surfaced.
• Maintain delivery flow using Scrum or Kanban practices, including monitoring WIP limits and cycle time.
• Partner with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, prioritized, and groomed backlog.
