You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy a flexible schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. Key Qualifications Great people skills. Fun and outgoing personalities. A creative side. Reliable transportation. Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers. Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently. Detail‑oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast‑paced environment. Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills. Outside sales experience. Required Driver’s License Must reside in NJ, within a ~30 mile radius of where the job posting is advertised.
