Bilingual Is Required (Spanish/English)

Monday - Friday 7:00AM-5PM

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Weekends as needed

Location: Franklin Furnace, Ohio

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour Depending on Experience

Lead is looking for a Commercial Cleaning Laborer who can communicate effectively in  English( Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred) to help maintain av clean, safe, and organized commercial construction jobsite.

What You’ll Do:

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish surfaces, clean windows and restrooms, and empty trash bins.
• Special Tasks: Deep cleaning, moving furniture/equipment, and maintaining cleaning tools.
• Maintenance: Keep carts stocked, store supplies properly, and report repair needs.
• Safety First: Follow all site safety rules and use PPE appropriately.
• Team Support: Assist with other duties and keep the worksite neat and orderly.

What We’re Looking For:

English speaking- Bilingual (English and [Spanish) preferred

1+years of commercial or construction cleaning experience

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Able to lift/move heavy items and work on your feet, bend and stand for long periods of time

Good communication and teamwork skills

Must be legally eligible to work and able to follow directions in English
