What You'll Be DoingAs a baker at Ggiata - Commissary, youll play a key role in crafting high-quality baked goods that reflect our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking a variety of products while following basic pastry and baking procedures.
- Ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals.
Were seeking a dedicated and skilled baker who meets the following qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional baking experience.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours at a time.
- Skills: A solid understanding of basic pastry and baking techniques.
- Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
- Work Ethic: A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
