Home Health Caregiver Position
Modani Care is a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors and adults who need support with daily living. Our team helps families understand care options, navigate state-specific programs, and receive personalized support that allows individuals to remain safe and comfortably at home. As a Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Provide in-home care services to seniors and adults, including bathing, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and medications management
• Assist with essential transportation and accompany clients to appointments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized home environment, including assisting with toileting and ensuring overall cleanliness
• Correspond with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication
• Assist with equipment maintenance and upkeep
