The Opportunity We’re hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. Part‑Time Position Hours: 15+ hours weekly availability, build caseload of 15+ clients. Ideal for: Practitioners with existing commitments. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate paid per session. Qualifications Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC). Strong clinical skills in evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT. Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults. Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack).
