Job Description

This entry-level clean room technician role supports production by assembling and packaging medical components in a controlled cleanroom environment. You will follow detailed work instructions, handle devices and packaging materials, and help ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Multiple shifts are available across first, second, and third shift schedules, offering consistent full-time hours Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow written work instructions to complete daily production tasks accurately and safely.

• Feed materials and components onto the assembly line to support continuous production flow.

• Assemble and package parts according to specifications.

• Stand on the assembly line

• Stand for most of the shift while performing repetitive tasks with consistent quality and attention to detail.

Essential Skills

• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours per day to perform production and assembly tasks.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and work orders in a manufacturing environment.

• Manual dexterity with hands to handle small parts, assemble medical components, and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Verona, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
