Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed
6:00am-2:30pm
OT as needed (must be open to starting at 4am-5am as needed)


Position Summary
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a fabricator for our client in Hammond, Indiana. The Fabricator is responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, and preparing insulation materials and related products for customer orders while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met. This role operates fabrication equipment, follows production specifications, maintains an organized work area, and assists with packaging and shipment preparation to support efficient warehouse and manufacturing operations.


Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery used in the manufacturing of fiberglass insulation.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and production standards.
• Load raw materials and package finished insulation products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Record production data accurately and complete required documentation.
• Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
• Comply with all company policies, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read tape measure to 1/16th of an inch
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
