As a Produce Clerk, you'll play a key role in maintaining vibrant displays, ensuring product freshness, and supporting an excellent customer experience. From rotating stock to helping customers discover new produce, this is a hands-on role for someone who values quality, service, and teamwork.Hourly Pay: $16.90 – $24.00Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and life insurance plus great in-store discountsWhat You'll DoDeliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, helpful attitudeStock, rotate, and maintain fresh produce and packaged fruits/vegetablesRemove spoiled or damaged items and ensure all displays are fresh and appealingWater, trim, and merchandise produce and floral items as neededHelp customers locate items and provide information about fruits, vegetables, and alternative dietsReceive, inspect, and organize deliveriesSet up and take down seasonal displaysMaintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the departmentCoordinate returns or credits with suppliers when applicableWork with team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operationsPerform other duties as assigned by the Produce or Store ManagerWhat You BringExperience & Skills: Previous customer service experience required. Experience with produce is a plus. Basic math and inventory handling skills. Familiarity with natural foods, health-conscious diets, or organic produce preferredCustomer Focus & Abilities: Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-focused. Able to communicate product knowledge clearly and helpfully. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
