This is an acquisition and new addition to the BSW Rehab family. Candidates must be able to show the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with the community and referral sources. They should also exhibit leadership qualities such as determination, a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a hunger for personal and professional growth. Caseload is expected to consist primarily of orthopedic diagnoses, but we are open to expanding to vestibular and light neuro needs if warranted. Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Center Manager/Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required) Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations. A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
