Personal Fitness Trainer

Our fitness studio is rapidly expanding, and we need a personal trainer to assist clients in reaching their fitness objectives. You'll be working with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop customized training routines, and ensure they're using equipment safely. This position requires excellent customer service skills as well as a passion for fitness and assisting others with their health and wellness. Responsibilities: • Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk • Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety • Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans accordingly • Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations • Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability Qualifications: • Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers Compensation: $22 - $27 hourly
