About Faces is looking for talented nail technicians who are reliable, passionate professionals committed to client comfort and safety. Job Summary:
Specialize in nail care services to provide an amazing client experience which includes a thorough consultation, a caring & professional service, and finally, beautiful nails.
Essential Functions:
- Provides a caring environment to all clients and staff members at all times.
- Follows About Faces protocol when performing any nail care consultation or service.
- Attends all training provided by About Faces to gain knowledge and become proficient with professional and retail products and services.
- Accountable to achieve key metric goals in Service Sales, Retail Sales, Pre-Booking and Client Retention.
- Builds and maintains a growing client base.
- At least one year of experience working in a spa or salon is preferred but not required.
- Have a current Cosmetologist or Nail Technician license in the State of Maryland.
- Excellent, caring, and professional customer service abilities.
- Must always be in compliance with sanitary expectations of the State of Maryland.
