Automotive Service Advisor

Modern Toyota of Asheboro is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team of service professionals.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as a key connection between our customers and our service technicians, helping customers understand their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs while ensuring a smooth, professional service experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers promptly and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Consult with customers about their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs.
• Educate customers on the importance and value of following manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules.
• Prepare accurate, detailed written estimates for labor and parts.
• Schedule service appointments and respond to customer inquiries by phone.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of vehicles currently being serviced.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and build lasting customer relationships.
• Follow dealership processes and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of automotive dealership service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding follow-up and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
