Community & Member Experience Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented professional who enjoys creating memorable experiences, building relationships, and helping members feel connected and supported. Key Responsibilities Welcome members and visitors with exceptional customer service. Conduct tours for prospective clients. Build relationships with members and maintain a strong community atmosphere. Organize networking events, workshops, happy hours, and community activities. Coordinate member communications, announcements, and engagement initiatives. Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth experience. Manage meeting room bookings and community platform communications. Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and generating leads from tours and member referrals. Gather member feedback and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention. Assist with social media content creation, event promotion, and community storytelling. Ensure common areas remain organized, professional, and welcoming. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service, hospitality, coworking, events, or community management experience preferred. Comfortable speaking with professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Social media and basic content creation experience is a plus. Fluent English required; Spanish is a strong advantage. Compensation $20–22 per hour based on experience. Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.
