About the Position

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical PM Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical PM Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Med/Surg/Telemetry/PCU License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - EPIC EMR/charting experience - At least 1 year of travel nursing experience - 1 year of level 1 adult trauma designated hospital experience or equivalent within the last 5 years - Experience with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4-6 Description: 2 years of RN experience minimum in Med/Surg/Telemetry/PCU required. Candidate must possess EPIC EMR/charting experience. Travel nursing experience for at least 1 year is necessary. Candidate should have 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the last 5 years. Experience with nurse-to-patient ratios of typically 1:5-6 is expected. Assigned Med/Surg unit may focus on populations including Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac, and Client. RN will be assigned to the vacancy that best fits their experience. Position requires working 36 hours per week or 3 twelve-hour shifts. Every other weekend availability is required. Expected to float to other equivalent units as needed.
