Apply today and become part of the Andrea Folino story.Qualifications:3-5 years experience in Retail (preferred)1-2 years experience in management (preferred)RAMP certified (also offered through company)Experience serving and/or bartending is a plusDuties and Responsibilities:Communicate hiring needs and conduct interviews for store associatesContinuously train and develop the team; this includes setting goals and targetsGeneral merchandizing and inventory controlWork closely with department managers to coordinate scheduling staff efficiently, and oversee labor costsConnect and engage with guests authentically to understand their styling needsAssist in creating an inclusive environment where our guests (and staff) feel a sense of belongingDrive sales by providing the highest level of customer service, building relationships with clients to determine their needs and suggesting additional wardrobe optionsCheck identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcoholEffectively utilize the point-of-sale system and capture customer informationMaintains knowledge of current sales and promotions as well as visual standards as directed by ManagementMaintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by ManagementSupport sales floor, fitting room, bar, cash wrap, and back of house as neededEnsure the stock room area is kept well organizedAssist in reordering popular stylesResponsible for ordering and replenishing store supplies, i.e. shopping bagsEnsure racks are consistently replenished from back stockResponsible for all communications with vendorsAssist in planning store eventsDeveloping marketing plans and key strategies; advertising and social media campaigns for maximum reach and visibilityMaintaining a cleaning schedule to keep store up to standardsRemain updated on latest fashion trends to properly guide guestsEstablish networking with professionals and experts through participation in fashion events, shows, etc.Benefits:Competitive compensation packageMedical, dental and vision insurance optionsPaid holidays and vacationCompany dining programClear path for growth and career advancementExcellent opportunity with growing brandPhysical RequirementsAble to work ten hour-plus shifts, with extended standing/walking.Capable of lifting materials and/or product up to 50 pounds or more.
