Product Marketing Manager

The role, at a glance: Biamp is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Marketing Manager to help drive go-to-market success across our portfolio. The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping messaging, supporting product launches, enabling sales, and driving demand and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deeply collaborative, and an exceptional storyteller who excels at translating complex technologies into clear, compelling value propositions. How you’ll contribute: Develop and execute product marketing strategies that support business growth, market adoption, and revenue goals Create clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for Biamp solutions across target audiences and vertical markets Partner closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to bring new products and features to market successfully Lead and support go-to-market planning for product launches, campaigns, and portfolio initiatives Drive demand generation and lead generation efforts in collaboration with marketing, sales, product management and field teams Build sales enablement materials including presentations, battlecards, solution briefs, FAQs, and other training content Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy Manage multiple initiatives effectively and make smart tradeoff decisions based on business priorities and timelines Support thought leadership content, customer stories, webinars, and other storytelling-driven marketing assets Measure and report on marketing effectiveness, campaign performance, and launch success, using insights to refine future efforts A successful candidate should have: 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B hardware and software technology in the AV industry, sound masking, or voice communications Strong experience in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging development Demonstrated success supporting or driving demand generation and lead generation programs Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with proven strength as a storyteller Strong prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and broader marketing teams Experience using AI tools in product marketing workflows to accelerate research, content creation, and reporting Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Bachelor’s in business or marketing or equivalent experience Work Environment: Office environment, may sit for long periods of time Routine use of standard office equipment Travel up to 25%; both internationally and within the US What we offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision 3 weeks annual PTO and 9 paid holidays 401(k) + matching Employer-paid base life insurance, short, and long-term disability Health savings accounts (with Biamp contribution) and flexible spending accounts Tuition reimbursement Charitable donation matching Discretionary company achievement bonus Referral bonuses Who is Biamp?
