Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative with Mark Rossmiller State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending tailored insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
- Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
- Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.
- Bilingual Spanish
- Must be able to obtain licensing

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
