This position does NOT require RDA certification. You will support the dentist during procedures, help prepare treatment rooms, assist with patient care, and handle light administrative tasks such as scheduling. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable Prepare treatment rooms and sterilized instruments Assist the dentist during exams and procedures (within scope) Take and record patient information and medical history Explain basic treatment plans and post-visit instructions Follow all infection control, safety, and office protocols Assist with appointment scheduling and office flow as needed Qualifications No RDA license required Dental assisting experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn and follow clinical protocols Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Who This Role Is Best For Intermediate Dental Assistants with 1–3 years of hands-on experience Dental assistants comfortable chairside and in a real clinical flow Assistants who do not hold an RDA license but have practical experience Candidates looking for stability, consistency, and growth in one practice Team players who value patient care, organization, and professionalism Important Note All duties will be performed within California’s allowed scope for non-licensed dental assistants, with training and supervision provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
