Practice Management Coordinator

Schedule, support, and facilitate Practice Group meetings; draft agendas, maintain minutes, and facilitate communication Communicate firm policies and directives to the Practice Group Leader, lawyers, and staff Identify, develop, and implement software and legal support systems with Information Services to enhance productivity Execute Practice Group objectives with the Practice Group Leader, Practice Group Director, and office and administrative leaders Serve as a go-to resource for the Practice Group Coordinate lawyer and consultant arrivals, orientations, moves, integrations, and offboarding Coordinate status-change communications and assist with the Advisor program Provide administrative support for performance evaluations, promotions, compensation, and bonus conversations Assist with staffing-level and hiring-needs recommendations Schedule lawyer training, including internal and external CLE programs Assess Practice Group lawyer, paralegal, and client relationship productivity and profitability Prepare weekly and monthly financial, staffing, and talent-management reports Complete special projects and other assigned duties Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years' experience Minimum of three (3) years related administrative experience Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Law firm support experience preferred Must provide information from Form I-9 for work-authorization verification through E-Verify Core Competencies Demonstrates strong administrative support capabilities, including scheduling, communication, and coordination within a legal environment.
