What You'll Do

• Assist our orthodontists with daily clinical procedures and patient care.
• Prepare patients for orthodontic appointments and ensure a comfortable, positive experience.
• Assist with braces, clear aligners, impressions, digital scans, and other orthodontic procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and follow sterilization protocols.
• Educate patients on orthodontic treatment and oral hygiene.
• Work collaboratively with our clinical team to keep the day running efficiently.
• Help create a welcoming, upbeat environment for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience.
• Previous orthodontic assisting experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment.
• Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
