Summary The Outlet Sales Leader will lead a high-energy sales team at the Dawsonville outlet to drive revenue, margin, and exceptional customer experiences in the home furnishings space. This role partners with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies, maintain brand standards, and cultivate client relationships. The leader coaches and motivates team members to exceed goals while ensuring operational and visual merchandising excellence.
