Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our Portland showroom. This role involves overseeing showroom, administrative, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong retail management experience, and a passion for luxury design products.

Duties

• To welcome and greet customers at Portland showroom
• To learn the Roche Bobois collections and be able to present them to our clients
• To know and apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing.)
• Participate in the merchandising items in the showroom.
• To use our 3D software company tools when for projects;
• To follow up with leads in a professional manner;
• To be on house calls when required.
• To place purchase orders to our factories and oversee the entire process
• To provide updates to clients when needed
• To coordinate with the customer service department, the resolution of potential issues with our customers
• To be service oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests
• To update the store tagging (Prices, special promotion...) and Marketing store tools when needed

Qualification

• Proven experience in retail sales management with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Previous experience within a luxury or high-end retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration
