Position Summary The Director will provide leadership and oversight across our key departments and drive agency growth. This is a senior leadership role for someone who excels at managing teams, setting direction, and holding operations to a high standard—with the opportunity to grow alongside the agency. Key Responsibilities Oversee the recruiting department Oversee customer/client relations and client onboarding Oversee vendor relations Provide oversight and direction to our scheduling and billing teams Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and agency policies Partner with the Regional Coordinator to drive agency growth Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of department leads/staff Qualifications 2+ years in a management or leadership capacity Background in home care or a related field preferred Strong leadership and team-management skills Proven ability to oversee multiple departments and priorities Passion for the home care mission Compensation & Benefits Salary: $63,000–$73,000 (commensurate with experience) Performance-based bonus eligibility Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Room to grow with the agency #J-18808-Ljbffr Whole-Hearted-Home-Care
