What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal intensive care for critically ill and premature newborns in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Manage high-acuity neonatal cases in a modern, well-equipped facility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, and pediatric subspecialists
• Support and supervise neonatal residents during actively engaged rotations
• Participate in rounding, ensuring continuous evidence-based patient care
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the NICU
• Engage with families through empathetic communication and family-centered care
• Support a structured call schedule designed to promote work-life balance

What You Need

• Required:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist
• Active medical license in Georgia preferred
• Recent certification in Neonatology or eligibility for it
• Preferred:
• Experience in high-acuity NICU settings
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
