Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Emergency Room/Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Plattsburgh, NY. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all age ranges
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
• Prepare patients for tests and notify physicians of any changes in condition
• Utilize EPIC for accurate patient documentation and care coordination
• Manage nurse-directed drips and perform EKGs, as necessary

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Active NY license or proof of application
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an emergency department setting
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale
• Recent EPIC experience within the past 2 years is mandatory
• Must be able to work with nurse-patient ratios higher than 1:4
