Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Job Details

Monday - Friday work schedule
Conducting Medicare assessments in members homes
This is only until service center opens
Then it will be 4-days a week at the center (1 day in homes)
First half of the day is seeing patients in the field
Second half of day is charting from home
5 patients/day in the field
8 patients/day in service center
One week orientation in New Orleans (all costs covered)
EMR is E-Clinical Works (ECW)
Travel reimbursement when seeing members in their homes

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range $110,000 - $115,000
Bonus of up to 10% of base salary
$1850 CME reimbursement
5 days off towards CME
23 PTO days off
9 Holidays off

One year experience
Comfortable with travelling to members homes
Clear and active Driver's License
