Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active New Mexico PTA license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in a skilled nursing facility is required. SNF clinical experience qualifies new graduates for consideration. Familiarity with Net Health or Rehab Optima documentation systems preferred. Ability to meet client productivity expectations (approximately 90% productivity target) preferred.
