Inbound Customer Service Representative

Job Overview Career paths start at $17.00 per hour plus unlimited commission (This includes an hourly base rate of $16.50 and an on-site differential of .50 an hour). Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from people looking to purchase wireless devices and services for businesses. Deliver world‑class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency. Process orders, update accounts, update records, multitask effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail. Qualifications Six months of customer service experience. Must be 18 years of age.
