Transactional Attorney

Innovative Driven is seeking a contract attorney to assist a small NYC-based law practice. The practice focuses on key areas for new and growing businesses, such as business formation, governance, trademarks, employment, and general business law.

The firm is looking for part-time assistance with contracts, governance matters, and employment agreements. This is a fully remote position for a NY-barred attorney interested in part-time work with flexible hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Redlining contracts and handling NDAs
Gathering signatures on NDAs and other contract documents
Reviewing and responding to vendor contracts
Completing legal administrative duties regarding contract workflow
Reviewing and redlining leases xhqgsiq and license agreements

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a JD and barred in New York
At least two years of transactional legal experience
Ability to independently handle contracts for governance and employment matters
