Staffing Specialist
Direct hire opportunity available in Lincoln, NE 68503.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, navigating multiple operating systems, entering inbound orders, proactively recruiting new applicants, processing payroll, promoting a culture of safety, making sales calls, and performing additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service and/or sales experience, effective people skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to meet deadlines, basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office, knowledge of Spanish, and a valid driver's license.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour. Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
