Project Leader

Reporting to the project manager the employee will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution and reporting of capital and/or expansion projects. Main deliverables include project scopes and objectives relationships with clients/stakeholders/vendors/contractors comprehensive project documentation and reporting to key stakeholders.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budgetDevelop and mentor direct report team membersDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesOversee and guide the performance of project and/or manufacturing engineer(s).Report and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationInvolve all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDetail project plans to track and report on progress

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a Leadership roleMinimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management, leading complex multi-faceted projectsStrong oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Established project management skills
