• Provide exceptional patient care and support to residents in accordance with RegalCare at Lowell's policies and procedures

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Perform routine vital signs, wound care, and other clinical tasks

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• LPN/RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
