Technical Service SpecialistJoin us as our new Technical Service Specialist! We are seeking an experienced, talented, and energetic Industry Technology Specialist within Oils & Fats Processing to join our Technical Service Team. To best support our customers, this role may be based either at our North America site in Franklinton, North Carolina or remotely from a home office located within the successful candidate's customer territory. Experience operating or managing vegetable oil or biodiesel plants, combined with process engineering expertise, will be considered a strong advantage.You will become part of a team of industry specialists supporting Oils & Fats Processing, Starch & Grain Processing, and Technical Industries. Working closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues, you will help drive the implementation of innovative enzyme technologies that are transforming the North American vegetable oil industry.The Role & Your ImpactIn this role, you will collaborate directly with customers to implement biotechnology solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, lower energy consumption, and support sustainability objectives. Working alongside fellow Industry Technology Specialists and Account Managers, you will play a critical role in understanding customer processes and business needs, delivering world-class technical service, and sharing valuable industry insights.
