Seven Healthcare are seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) located in Fairfield, CA. This is a travel assignment within the **FLOAT POOL**, providing care across various Med/Surg and Med/Tele units. Nurses will be the first to float between units at both Fairfield and Vacaville locations, enhancing your skillset with each shift.

Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse (RN)

• Deliver safe, effective, quality nursing care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Work within the interdisciplinary plan of care
• Formulate nursing diagnosis and care plans
• Perform essential nursing skills and educate patients and families
• Evaluate and modify care plans based on patient conditions
• Delegate and supervise tasks within scope of practice
• Advocate for patients and coordinate care activities
• Provide culturally competent, ethical care

Requirements of the Clinical Nurse (RN)

• CA RN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• Minimum three years acute care experience
• Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing
• Tele & previous travel experience required
• Proficient communication skills
