Residential Life Specialist — Recovery & Safe Housing
Department for Persons with Disabilities
The Department for Persons with Disabilities in Paterson, NJ is seeking a Residential Life Associate to provide supervision and support to clients in structured treatment environments. Responsibilities include conducting safety and wellness rounds, monitoring client behavior, and ensuring a therapeutic environment. This role requires good communication skills, CPR/First Aid certification, and a high school diploma or GED. This is a full-time position with shifts requiring some flexibility.
