You will define the science roadmap for recommendations and guidance across Sponsored Products and Brands, spanning Ad Console, Sales-managed, and 3P partners. You will advance fine-tuning, RL, and preference optimization, build evaluation frameworks for safety and trust at scale, and translate advertiser needs into customer-facing products that help #J-18808-Ljbffr
