We’re looking for a creative, organized, and highly motivated Creative Marketing Intern to join our Scottsdale office and work closely with our Founder and team.

This is a hands-on role that is approximately 75% marketing and content creation and 25% executive, office, and client-care support . It’s ideal for someone who loves beauty, design, social media, and visual storytelling, but is also dependable, polished, and happy to jump in wherever the team needs help.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Content — 75%

• Capture photo and video content for social media, projects, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit and produce short-form video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Help plan and execute social media content, campaigns, and brand storytelling
• Brainstorm creative concepts, reels, posts, and content series
• Assist with styling, staging, photo shoots, and video shoots
• Research trends, brands, influencers, and creative inspiration
• Organize content libraries, marketing calendars, and creative assets
• Help turn ideas into polished, on-brand social content

Founder, Team & Client Support — 25%

• Assist the Founder with email, scheduling, office tasks, and day-to-day organization
• Support the team with client satisfaction and overall client-care activities
• Help coordinate follow-ups, details, and communication that contribute to a high-touch client experience
• Assist with office organization and special projects
• Help with client events, brand events, or other company activities as needed
• Step in wherever needed to help the team stay organized and deliver an exceptional client experience

Who You Are

You’re creative, visually driven, and highly organized. You enjoy making beautiful content, but you’re equally comfortable handling the details behind the scenes.

You’re someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for beauty, interiors, design, fashion, and branding
• Has a strong eye for photography, video, composition, and visual storytelling
• Enjoys creating and editing social media content
• Is organized, dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Communicates professionally with clients and team members
• Takes direction well and is comfortable with candid feedback
• Can shift easily between creative work, administrative tasks, and client support
• Is resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn
• Enjoys working closely with a Founder in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For

• Current college student or recent graduate
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media, beauty, and design
• Comfortable capturing high-quality photo and video content on a phone or camera
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Adobe, photography, or video editing is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, organized, and comfortable interacting with clients
• Ability to work in person in our Scottsdale office
