Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $88.50 per hour (before fees)

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Monitor critically ill patients with complex needs, including CTS and neuro patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
• Float to step-down/PCU units when needed
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
• Complete orientation and ongoing training to ensure clinical excellence

What You Need

• Active Missouri RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSSE
• At least 2 years of ICU RN experience, trauma center experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to float to other units when required
