Position Overview

M Force Partners is seeking an Engineering Technologist I to support engineering and technical operations in a structured, team-based environment. This role provides hands-on technical support, assists with problem resolution, and contributes to engineering studies and documentation under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Problem Solving

• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues within assigned engineering discipline
• Provide technical input to support operational and project objectives
• Participate in engineering studies, data collection, and analysis efforts

Planning & Coordination

• Support planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring of work activities
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Assist in tracking and documenting project progress

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare technical reports, calculations, sketches, and correspondence
• Maintain accurate engineering records and files
• Ensure documentation meets company and project standards

Professional Development

• Demonstrate initiative in building technical knowledge and expanding skill sets
• Develop strong working relationships across teams
• Maintain professional communication standards in written and verbal interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent), OR
• Associate degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent), OR
• 3–5 years of relevant technical experience in lieu of formal degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting engineering projects in a utility, industrial, or infrastructure environment
• Basic understanding of project coordination and scheduling principles
• Familiarity with technical reporting and engineering documentation processes
