The Case Management Society of America (CMSA) ® is looking for a Registered Nurse Case Manager who is passionate about End of Life Care. This role involves evaluating patient needs and coordinating comprehensive care plans while promoting emotional and cultural respect. The position covers St. Louis City/County and requires flexibility to manage on-call duties. Applicants should hold a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree, with less than 2 years of experience.
