Principal Technical Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager (R5249) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

Responsibilities

• Own product definition and roadmap for a senior technology portfolio
• Translate executive strategy into clear requirements and KPIs
• Drive onboarding and usage of internal platforms
• Shape product direction for autonomy architectures and tooling
• Conduct continuous discovery to prioritize backlogs
• Prioritize effectively across competing initiatives
• Analyze and recommend build, buy, and partner positions for tooling
• Author strategy documents and senior executive updates
• Manage transitions of products from incubation to operational phases

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience for technical products
• Engineering or computer science background
• Technical fluency with code, APIs, and terminal operation
• Experience shipping developer tools or AI/ML products
• Working fluency with LLM-based systems
• Metrics-driven with experience defining KPIs and reporting
• Exceptional written communication skills for documentation and updates
• Proven stakeholder management at the executive level across functions
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive technical efforts

Compensation: $220,000 – $330,000 annually
